The Hon’ble President of Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) (Hon’ble President of India) has kindly fixed the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the IRCS on Tuesday, the 18th July, 2025. The Ceremonial Session of the AGM will be held from 11.00 AM to 12.00 Noon at Rashtrapati Bhawan Cultural Centre, New Delhi. The Hon’ble President will preside over the Ceremonial Session of the AGM and felicitate the best performing State/UT Red Cross Branches and distinguished Red Cross volunteers.
Shri J.P. Nadda, the Hon’ble Chairman, IRCS (Hon’ble Minister of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India) will preside over the Business Session of the AGM from 12.20 PM to 1.20 PM on the same day to transact the following business:-

As per IRCS Rule 4.3, at each Annual General Meeting, the Annual Report, the audited annual accounts and the budget of the succeeding financial year shall be presented, considered and adopted. Rule 4.4 stipulates that the Annual Accounts for the financial year concluding prior to the Annual General Meeting shall, before being presented, be circulated to the State and Union Territory Branch Committees.
